Gregor Pannike, German national, studied Law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität in Frankfurt am Main. During his studies, he concentrated on Constitutional Law, European Law and International Law. Beside his studies he was working for the Legal Firm of Kübler in Frankfurt a. Main, Germany, which is specialized in Business Law and Insolvency Law.
He joined Meyer-Reumann & Partners (previously Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy) in July 2008.

Background
During his lawyer apprenticeship he has worked for Dr. Schautz & Kollegen in Lörrach. He started his career as an In-house-Lawyer with Seckinger Immobilien GmbH in Riehen – Switzerland. Then he changed as a Lawyer to the Law Firm of Reissmann & Hitzfeld in Lörrach. During his lawyer apprenticeship he completed a stage at the German Embassy in Sana’a – Yemen.
Gregor Pannike’s basic functions related to Dubai are:
- Advising Dubai and foreign Clients on setting up companies, representative offices, branches and LLC’s within the Emirate of Dubai investments in Dubai;
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating contracts to comply with UAE laws and provisions;
- Advising on the related legal procedures;
- Advising Clients in the area of Public Tender Law, Governmental Contracts, Offset, BOT, BOOT etc.;
- Advising Clients in the area of the UAE Civil Code, UAE Commercial and Company’s Law, the UAE Labour Law and Maritime Law in the Middle East;
