Mansour H. Elaraby, Egyptian national, graduated with LL.M. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis (2011) in International Business Law. LL.B From Alexandria University Faculty of Law, English Department (2007).
He joined Meyer-Reumann & Partners in December 2010.
Languages: Arabic (native), English (fluent), French (basic).
Background:
Before joining Meyer-Reumann & Partners, he worked for reputed law firms in both Alexandria and Cairo in the field of Corporate Law, Commercial law and Maritime Law. He gained practical experience in litigation, drafting bilingual agreements, joint ventures, international business transactions and corporate affairs. He also became well aware of litigation and doing business in both U.S. and E.U. through his studies in Indiana University, School of Law.
Mansour Elaraby’s basic functions related to Egypt are:
- Providing services to all clients of Meyer-Reumann and Partners in Egypt.
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating contracts to comply with Egyptian laws and provisions;
- Advising on the related legal procedures in Egypt;
- Advising on setting up companies, representative offices, branches and LLC’s within the Governmental Agency for Investment in Egypt (GAFI).
