Roberta Quacquarini, Italian and British national, joined Meyer-Reumann & Partners Dubai in 2011 with the specific task of advising Italian clients in the region and coordinating the offshore desk.

Background
Roberta Quacquarini studied at the Faculty of Law of the University ofPerugia (Italy), with a thesis on “The Procedure of Appeal in the United States Federal System” disserted with Prof. Carlo Fiorio.
She attended 2 years of legal course in Perugia – Italy, 6 months of legal course in Spain at the “Universidad de Barcelona” focused on international law and European law and worked in England for a year.
Since year 2010 she has been admitted to the bar.
Roberta Quacquarini’s basic functions related to Dubai and the Italian Desk are:
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts in compliance with UAE law and regulations;
- Developing and setting up of corporate structures and regional sales organizations;
- Advising international corporate clients on setting up of companies in the United Arab Emirates including the Free Zones and Offshore;
- Advising clients on multi-jurisdictional corporate restructuring, such as carve outs, mergers and acquisitions;
- Advising Clients on real estate disputes.
