Sali Jumah, German national, studied law at the University of Regensburg in Germany. During her studies she focused on international, commercial and tax law. Sali Jumah has joined Meyer-Reumann & Partners Abu Dhabi in January 2011.

Background:
During her lawyer apprenticeship she gained valuable experience working at a human rights organization in Beirut/Lebanon and as a trainee for the German Chamber of Commerce in Dubai. Prior to joining Meyer-Reumann & Partners, Sali Jumah was working for a major legal consultancy company in Dubai and at the legal department of a big German insurance company in Munich.
Sali Jumah’s basic functions related to Abu Dhabi are:
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts
- Advising international corporate clients on setting up of companies in the United Arab Emirates including the Free Zones
- Advising international corporate clients on setting up of companies in Iraq
- Coordinating legal procedures at UAE courts
- Advising Clients in the area of UAE-Property Law, UAE-Commercial and Company’s Law
- Advising Clients in any kind of rental matters and representation at the Abu Dhabi Rent Committee in dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation
