He was the first German lawyer practicing law in Saudi Arabia in 1981, to establish a legal office in Dubai in 1989, to open a branch in Erbil, Kurdistan in 2008, to open a branch in Alexandria and to get a license for a fully foreign owned company for legal services in Oman in 2009.
