Dr. Sara Corradi joined Meyer-Reumann & Partners Dubai in 2015. After a successful tenure, she spent a short term working in another law firm after which she once again joined Meyer-Reumann & Partners in 2017. She specializes in corporate law, focusing in particular on corporate governance and on the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements. She also regularly advises clients on compliance matters and dispute resolutions for international cross-sector client base with a special focus on Italian market. She is the author of publications in the field of corporate law and securities regulation.

Sara is a native speaker in Italian and fluent in English.

Background

Sara obtained her bachelor’s degree in law (summa cum laude) at the Catholic University of Milan, Italy in 2005, her master’s degree in law (summa cum laude) at the Catholic University of Milan, Italy in 2007 and her PhD at the University of Milan-Bicocca, Italy in 2013.

In 2010, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Notre Dame Law School in Notre Dame, USA and Visiting Research Fellow at the Columbia Law School in New York, USA. Her research focused on corporate law, corporate finance and securities regulation.

Prior to joining Meyer-Reumann & Partners she worked at two boutique law firms in Milan where she was primarily involved in the practice areas of corporate, commercial and bankruptcy law.

Since 2011, she has been admitted to the bar in the Court of Appeal of Milan.

SARA WORK FOCUSES MAINLY ON:

  • Contracted to support Clients on free zone, offshore business and UAE-compliant commercial matters.
  • Safeguarded client interests with advice on company formation and corporate vehicles in the UAE.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Advising in relation to the conclusion and termination of commercial agencies.
  • Providing assistance with market-entry processes and corporate housekeeping.
  • Provide support and guidance on other strategic business development and promotional initiatives as needed.
